1. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is 14:00 hours, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
• Check-out after 13:00 hours will incur additional charges.

2. Reservation and Arrival

• In the absence of arrival details, reservations will be considered guaranteed only until 16:00 hours.
• All reservations are subject to room availability.

3. Cancellation and No-Show

• One night's retention charge may apply in the event of a no-show or cancellation made within 72 hours of check-in.
• Guests are requested to review our Cancellation Policy for detailed cancellation terms.

4. Payment Policy

All bills must be settled at the time of check-out. Payments can be made through cash, debit card, or credit card.

5. Extra Person and Extra Bed

An additional charge will apply for any extra person or extra bed required for guests above 10 years of age.
